About the Role

The role involves managing comprehensive accounting functions in a manufacturing setting, ensuring compliance with IFRS, overseeing cost and inventory controls, and leading a finance team to deliver accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure statutory compliance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Manage cost accounting for raw materials, WIP and finished goods.
• Oversee inventory control, reconciliation and physical counts.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis with department heads.
• Handle VAT, turnover tax, withholding tax and corporate income tax filings.
• Lead and mentor finance team members.
