- Develop and implement national eye health strategic and operational plans
- Lead and coordinate stakeholder partnerships for IPEC implementation
- Conduct program monitoring, supervision, and quality audits
- Prepare technical reports, budgets, and donor proposals
- Advocate for policy and budget support at national forums
- Manage human resources and training needs for eye care staff
- Ensure data collection, reporting, and analysis in DHIS2
