- Coordinate day‑to‑day logistics for field operations in Axum
- Support procurement, supplier liaison, and inventory management
- Manage facility maintenance, utilities, and office supplies
- Provide administrative support for staff travel and local liaison
- Supervise drivers and cleaner/support staff
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and safeguarding policies
