HR Administrator to manage day‑to‑day human resources operations for MAG’s Ethiopia programme, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, record keeping and compliance with Ethiopian labour law.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities including advertising vacancies, receiving applications, scheduling interviews, and preparing documentation
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires
- Maintain accurate personnel files and employment contracts
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs and verify attendance records
- Track leave balances and generate attendance reports
- Produce routine HR reports and support compliance reviews
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information
