About the Role

HR Administrator to manage day‑to‑day human resources operations for MAG’s Ethiopia programme, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, record keeping and compliance with Ethiopian labour law.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities including advertising vacancies, receiving applications, scheduling interviews, and preparing documentation
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires
  • Maintain accurate personnel files and employment contracts
  • Prepare monthly payroll inputs and verify attendance records
  • Track leave balances and generate attendance reports
  • Produce routine HR reports and support compliance reviews
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information
