Oversee all aspects of office facilities, procurement, asset management, and fleet operations while supervising support staff and ensuring safety and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage office facilities, maintenance, utilities and safety
- Coordinate cleaning, internet, security and repairs
- Handle procurement and inventory control of supplies and assets
- Maintain records for company assets, stock and store operations
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, fuel usage and driver supervision
- Supervise support staff including janitors and drivers
- Prepare periodic reports on general service activities and expenses
