The Senior HR & General Services Officer will lead talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance while overseeing facilities, logistics, vendor contracts, and payroll to align HR and administrative strategies with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid‑to‑senior roles
- Design onboarding programs and coordinate training initiatives
- Manage performance appraisal systems and coach line managers
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and audit requirements
- Resolve complex grievances and disciplinary issues
- Drive engagement initiatives such as surveys and recognition programs
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and benchmarking
- Supervise office maintenance, security, and space planning
- Ensure health/safety compliance including fire drills and ergonomic assessments
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and monitor SLAs
- Optimize costs and service quality
- Manage company vehicles, travel arrangements, and asset inventory
- Approve procurement requests and manage budgets
- Partner with finance on budget control and IT on HRIS/system upgrades
- Advise senior management on HR/operational risks and improvements
