About the Role

The Senior HR & General Services Officer will lead talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance while overseeing facilities, logistics, vendor contracts, and payroll to align HR and administrative strategies with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid‑to‑senior roles
  • Design onboarding programs and coordinate training initiatives
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and coach line managers
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and audit requirements
  • Resolve complex grievances and disciplinary issues
  • Drive engagement initiatives such as surveys and recognition programs
  • Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and benchmarking
  • Supervise office maintenance, security, and space planning
  • Ensure health/safety compliance including fire drills and ergonomic assessments
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and monitor SLAs
  • Optimize costs and service quality
  • Manage company vehicles, travel arrangements, and asset inventory
  • Approve procurement requests and manage budgets
  • Partner with finance on budget control and IT on HRIS/system upgrades
  • Advise senior management on HR/operational risks and improvements
