Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment and onboarding for mid‑to‑senior level roles
- Manage performance appraisal and workforce planning
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Handle employee relations and grievance resolution
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and leave administration
- Supervise facilities, security, and workspace planning
