About the Role

The Senior HR & General Services Officer leads human resources functions—recruitment, onboarding, performance, compliance—and manages general services such as facilities, logistics, procurement, and vendor relations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment and onboarding for mid‑to‑senior level roles
  • Manage performance appraisal and workforce planning
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Handle employee relations and grievance resolution
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and leave administration
  • Supervise facilities, security, and workspace planning
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and monitor SLAs
  • Coordinate procurement requests and budget monitoring
