The Maintenance and Service Supervisor oversees all technical and maintenance operations for the Minaye Corporate Office Building, leading a team of technicians, managing contractors, and ensuring building systems run at peak performance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance activities
- Lead technicians in electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems
- Implement preventive maintenance programs
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Oversee mechanical/electrical system operations
- Coordinate with external contractors
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs
- Ensure safety and energy‑saving practices
- Report status to Property Manager
