About the Role

The Junior Office Engineer supports project documentation, coordination, and administrative tasks within the head office, ensuring compliance with quality standards and facilitating smooth workflow for senior engineers and managers.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and organize project documents, technical drawings, method statements, and progress reports
  • Coordinate between site engineers, project managers, and contractors
  • Ensure documentation meets quality standards and safety regulations
  • Track project progress, budgets, and schedules and prepare basic reports for senior management
  • Support quantity surveying, cost estimation, and material tracking
  • Apply office engineering best practices and document control procedures
  • Perform additional administrative and technical tasks as assigned
