About the Role

An entry‑level role supporting HR recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and general office administration to ensure efficient workplace operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment process: posting ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding: paperwork, orientation sessions, trainings
  • Maintain accurate employee records (digital and physical)
  • Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance and leave data
  • Administer employee benefits and organize staff engagement events
  • Manage office supplies, equipment inventory, and maintenance requests
  • Handle front-desk support, mail, and courier services
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers, monitor contracts
  • Assist in office space planning, safety drills, and compliance
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff
