Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment process: posting ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
- Coordinate new hire onboarding: paperwork, orientation sessions, trainings
- Maintain accurate employee records (digital and physical)
- Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance and leave data
- Administer employee benefits and organize staff engagement events
