About the Role

This role leads the Human Capital and General Service functions, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training, compliance, and facility operations to support organizational growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Human Capital and General Service teams
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, career development, and succession planning
• Handle employee complaints, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives
• Identify training needs and design programs for workforce skill enhancement
• Monitor leave policies, attendance tracking, and compliance
• Manage facility operations, security, transportation, and other administrative services
• Support HR and operational aspects of company growth initiatives
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and best practices
