Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Human Capital and General Service teams
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, career development, and succession planning
- Handle employee complaints, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives
- Identify training needs and design programs for workforce skill enhancement
- Monitor leave policies, attendance tracking, and compliance
- Manage facility operations, security, transportation, and other administrative services
- Support HR and operational aspects of company growth initiatives
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and best practices
