About the Role

Senior Legal Advisor responsible for managing all legal aspects of hospital operations, including contract oversight, dispute resolution, policy compliance, and risk mitigation to protect the institution’s interests.

Responsibilities

  • Handle personnel claims and disputes
  • Represent the hospital in negotiations and court actions
  • Maintain policies, procedures and quality standards
  • Identify legal liabilities and propose solutions
  • Oversee client and vendor contracts
  • Provide cost‑effective legal advice
  • Conduct legal research and draft documents
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Offer arbitration, litigation and mediation support
