About the Role

The Chief Administration Officer directs non‑clinical operations and supports hospital services to ensure high‑quality patient care and revenue growth. The role manages communications, budgeting, staffing, procurement and compliance to maintain efficient, compliant operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead market research and build referral networks with clinics and insurance companies
  • Oversee internal and external communications including hospital branding and social media outreach
  • Direct patient relations, front‑desk services and facility ambiance
  • Approve and monitor departmental budgets and staffing costs
  • Plan procurement of new tools and health service expansions
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations and accreditation policies
  • Improve administrative staff efficiency and foster collaboration
  • Evaluate department performance and refine programs based on data
