Responsibilities
- Develop quality policy and objectives in coordination with all departments
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with standards
- Oversee implementation of the Quality Manual, Improvement Plan, and Patient Safety Plan
- Interpret national health regulations and communicate changes to staff
- Maintain quality databases and prepare performance reports
- Lead staff training on quality systems and risk management
- Analyze patient and staff feedback to drive continuous improvement
