The HR/Administrative Secretary supports hospital operations by managing documentation, scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial and clerical support to supervisors
- Compose replies to correspondence and summarize reports
- Prepare minutes, notices, manuals, agendas, and related documentation
- Research, analyze, and compile data for special and recurring reports
- Maintain calendars and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments
- Handle incoming mail and direct outgoing mail
