About the Role

The HR/Administrative Secretary supports hospital operations by managing documentation, scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and clerical support to supervisors
  • Compose replies to correspondence and summarize reports
  • Prepare minutes, notices, manuals, agendas, and related documentation
  • Research, analyze, and compile data for special and recurring reports
  • Maintain calendars and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments
  • Handle incoming mail and direct outgoing mail
  • Implement and maintain office systems
  • Answer phone calls and transfer to appropriate personnel
  • Manage filing system for hard and soft copies
  • Operate office equipment such as printers and copiers
  • Maintain office supplies inventory
