About the Role

Lead the company’s accounting functions by managing financial reporting, ensuring IFRS compliance, overseeing audits, supervising staff, and maintaining robust financial controls to support strategic decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full accounting operations including general ledger, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and local tax regulations
• Manage audits and coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies
• Supervise junior accounting staff and maintain proper financial controls
• Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and company performance
• Implement and improve internal financial policies and procedures
