Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with growth objectives
- Plan workforce needs based on production requirements
- Recruit, interview, and hire manufacturing and chemical engineering professionals
- Oversee onboarding and orientation processes
- Collaborate with Safety Officers to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct performance appraisals and identify training needs
- Maintain employee relations and resolve grievances
- Ensure legal compliance with Ethiopian Labor Law
- Administer compensation, payroll, allowances, and benefits
