The role involves engaging with Mercy Corps AgriFin to support gender-focused digital innovation for low‑income women in Ethiopia, managing partner relationships, project planning, monitoring, reporting, and technical assistance to mobile network operators.
Responsibilities
- Support partner relationships and project plans
- Lead development of partner business and work plans
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues
- Prepare progress reports and status updates
- Conduct due diligence on prospective partners
- Stay updated on Ethiopian agri/fintech ecosystems
- Assist in identifying technical consultants and prepare terms of reference
- Track partner impact metrics
- Support MNOs in proposal development and piloting concepts
- Generate key learnings and collect impact data
