The Program Coordinator will manage day‑to‑day operations of the Jobtech for Refugees and Youth initiative in Ethiopia, driving recruitment, partnership development, procurement, monitoring, and knowledge sharing to expand digital job opportunities for displaced youth.
Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment and enrollment of refugee talent onto jobtech platforms
- Coordinate partnerships with refugee-led organizations and private sector partners
- Manage procurement, contracting and administrative processes in Ethiopia
- Track program progress against workplans and budgets
- Plan and facilitate community of practice engagements
- Conduct field visits for data verification and insights gathering
- Ensure safeguarding practices are integrated into all activities
