The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist will design and implement the MEL framework for Mercy Corps Ethiopia’s childcare project, ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform program decisions and donor accountability.
Responsibilities
- Develop M&E plans and indicators
- Manage data collection and quality assurance using platforms such as CommCare, Tola, and Excel
- Analyze survey and program data to produce insights and dashboards
- Prepare quarterly and annual progress reports
- Lead baseline, mid-term, and end-line evaluations
- Coordinate feedback mechanisms and CARM reporting
- Build capacity of staff and partners in M&E practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for adaptive management
