The role oversees monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities for a childcare scaling project, ensuring high-quality data collection, analysis, reporting, and knowledge management to inform program decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage M&E plans and tools for the project
- Collect, validate, analyze and report program data using Excel, Tola, CommCare and Power BI
- Lead baseline, mid-term and end-line surveys and other evaluations
- Prepare quarterly and annual progress reports
- Coordinate data collection with local partners and maintain dashboards
- Build capacity of staff and partners in M&E practices
- Create learning briefs, success stories and lessons learned for knowledge sharing
