About the Role

The role leads the design, implementation, and strengthening of a comprehensive Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning system for a multi‑regional financial inclusion program, ensuring high‑quality data collection, analysis, and learning to guide strategy and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design and implementation of MEL strategy aligned with program theory of change
  • Develop and maintain results framework, indicator tracking, and MEL plan
  • Establish routine monitoring systems and conduct data quality assessments
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision‑making
  • Facilitate learning reviews and adaptive management discussions
  • Build partner capacity in MEL tools and data use
  • Integrate gender and inclusion considerations into all MEL processes
