The role leads the design, implementation, and strengthening of a comprehensive Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning system for a multi‑regional financial inclusion program, ensuring high‑quality data collection, analysis, and learning to guide strategy and operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of MEL strategy aligned with program theory of change
- Develop and maintain results framework, indicator tracking, and MEL plan
- Establish routine monitoring systems and conduct data quality assessments
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision‑making
- Facilitate learning reviews and adaptive management discussions
- Build partner capacity in MEL tools and data use
- Integrate gender and inclusion considerations into all MEL processes
