The role leads the strategy, management, and implementation of the LIWAY Market Systems Development programme in Addis Ababa, coordinating partners, ensuring financial accountability, monitoring outcomes, and building a high‑performing multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and overall program management
• Oversee partnership formation and contract administration
• Ensure financial management and reporting
• Monitor program progress and risk mitigation
• Provide technical leadership for intervention design and implementation
• Manage and develop team members' capacities
• Engage stakeholders and promote gender integration
