Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of livestock and crop production activities
- Promote improved livestock management practices and modern crop techniques
- Conduct market assessments and build partnerships with stakeholders
- Develop and monitor work plans, indicators and progress reports
- Oversee project officers and ensure compliance with Mercy Corps policies
- Represent Mercy Corps in coordination meetings
- Support learning and safeguarding initiatives
