About the Role

Lead the design, production and dissemination of communications that showcase ER‑CAP’s impact, translating complex evidence into compelling stories while ensuring conflict sensitivity and donor compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the ER-CAP communications strategy across partner sites
• Create high‑quality storytelling products (human-interest stories, case studies, learning briefs)
• Translate program evidence into accessible communication outputs
• Manage digital channels and produce multimedia content
• Coordinate with donors, government and sector partners to ensure visibility and reporting requirements are met
• Analyze communication performance and adjust strategies accordingly
