The Financial Inclusion Officer will lead the design and execution of inclusive digital finance initiatives in Ethiopia, building partnerships with banks, fintechs, and community groups to expand climate‑responsive, Sharia‑compliant financial services for women and youth.

- Support program implementation and capacity building
- Conduct market assessments in financial services
- Design inclusive interventions and Intervention Concept Notes
- Build partnerships with banks, fintechs, regulators, and community groups
- Lead VSLA digitization and expansion activities
- Develop climate‑responsive financial products
- Strengthen agent networks and monitor progress
- Ensure compliance with Mercy Corps policies
