About the Role

Lead the Human Development Department by fostering an inclusive environment that empowers marginalized women and youth, coordinating gender-focused projects, monitoring progress, and reporting outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Promote an inclusive work environment for marginalized women and youth SMEs
• Identify needs and opportunities for women and youth in the area
• Participate in planning and implementation of human development activities
• Facilitate women's participation in community-benefiting activities
• Orient rural women and farmers on development initiatives
• Encourage income generation schemes for women
• Submit monthly, quarterly, annual reports
• Monitor and supervise activity implementation according to project plan
• Ensure feasibility of all undertaken activities
