The Studio Receptionist & Operations Coordinator serves as the first point of contact, ensuring an exceptional client experience while managing day‑to‑day studio operations, including check‑ins, payments, scheduling, inventory, and event support.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and manage check‑ins
- Handle phone, email, WhatsApp and social media inquiries
- Process payments via POS
- Manage merchandise sales
- Assist with membership registration and renewals
- Coordinate class schedules
- Maintain studio cleanliness and presentation
- Monitor inventory and report needs
- Support event planning
- Perform administrative tasks and daily reports
- Act as on‑site leader when management is unavailable
