About the Role

The Studio Receptionist & Operations Coordinator serves as the first point of contact, ensuring an exceptional client experience while managing day‑to‑day studio operations, including check‑ins, payments, scheduling, inventory, and event support.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and manage check‑ins
  • Handle phone, email, WhatsApp and social media inquiries
  • Process payments via POS
  • Manage merchandise sales
  • Assist with membership registration and renewals
  • Coordinate class schedules
  • Maintain studio cleanliness and presentation
  • Monitor inventory and report needs
  • Support event planning
  • Perform administrative tasks and daily reports
  • Act as on‑site leader when management is unavailable
