Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and selection processes
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Administer attendance, leave, and personnel documentation
- Coordinate performance appraisals and KPI implementation
- Identify training needs and organize capacity-building programs
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Maintain company asset and property records
- Coordinate property registration, allocation, maintenance, and inventory management
- Prepare periodic HR and property administration reports
