About the Role

The role oversees all human resources functions—including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations—while also managing property administration tasks such as asset tracking, registration, and maintenance to support the company’s growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment and selection processes
  • Coordinate employee induction and orientation
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Administer attendance, leave, and personnel documentation
  • Coordinate performance appraisals and KPI implementation
  • Identify training needs and organize capacity-building programs
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
  • Maintain company asset and property records
  • Coordinate property registration, allocation, maintenance, and inventory management
  • Prepare periodic HR and property administration reports
