Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of menstrual health education programs across Ethiopia, coordinating training, advocacy, and partnership activities to ensure widespread access to sustainable MHH resources.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement MHH education and awareness strategies, plans, and budgets
- Conduct learning needs assessments and evaluate training impact
- Plan, organize, and deliver Training of Trainers (ToT) and capacity‑building activities
- Provide technical support and coaching to the sales team on MHH education
- Create training manuals, guidelines, and IEC materials
- Coordinate with partners, CSOs, and local authorities for smooth collaboration
- Participate in national and international networks and forums
- Manage MHH projects funded by private and public donors, including proposal and report writing
