About the Role

The Vice Manager – Admin & Finance leads financial control, compliance, and human resources functions across the organization’s operational wings, ensuring disciplined budgeting, cash flow management, asset protection, and workforce governance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and consolidate annual budgets for Operations and Business Development
  • Monitor monthly spending and flag variances to protect liquidity
  • Manage corporate cash reserves and working capital
  • Implement cost accounting systems for profitability tracking
  • Oversee financial structuring of major assets and credit facilities
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, customs and corporate laws
  • Handle asset registration, insurance and legal ownership
  • Review contracts and vendor terms to mitigate risk
  • Develop SOPs and internal controls across wings
  • Establish performance evaluation metrics and behavioral profiles
  • Administer centralized payroll and benefits
