About the Role

The role involves managing the day‑to‑day operations of a business coaching program, coordinating logistics, scheduling sessions, maintaining records, and reporting progress to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily implementation of the Business Coaching & Mentoring Program
  • Schedule and confirm coaching sessions between coaches and businesses
  • Map and verify business locations for coaching visits
  • Coordinate transportation and logistics for coaches
  • Monitor coaching schedules to ensure timely completion
  • Communicate with coaches and businesses regarding schedules and follow-ups
  • Track coaching progress and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
  • Identify and report operational challenges with recommended solutions
  • Support project coordination and administrative activities
