The Project Medical Referent leads medical operations in selected health centers, ensuring quality care, outbreak preparedness, and efficient supply management while coordinating with MoH partners and MSF teams.
Responsibilities
- Organize and ensure medical consultations and treatments for target population
- Define, implement and monitor medical activities per MSF protocols
- Participate in exploratory missions and situation assessments
- Collect, analyze and report medical data to Medical Coordination
- Provide technical support to field medical personnel
- Coordinate, supervise, coach and evaluate the medical team
- Plan recruitment, training and performance evaluation of medical staff
- Manage field pharmacy and medical equipment supply
- Implement health policies for international and national staff and manage medical evacuation
