The Pharmacy Supervisor ensures efficient operation of the pharmacy, manages stock and supply chains, supervises dispensing practices, and supports staff development while maintaining compliance with MSF standards.
Responsibilities
- Ensure pharmacy operations run efficiently and safely
- Manage storage, stock, and supply chain processes
- Coordinate delivery and receipt of orders with logistics
- Supervise drug dispensing to patients and other pharmacies
- Maintain quality control records and temperature monitoring
- Oversee staff scheduling, training and performance evaluation
- Use Isystock for inventory tracking and forecasting
- Provide technical support to pharmacy and nursing teams
- Support outbreak preparedness and response activities
