The Nursing Activity Manager leads all nursing services within the Bambasi Primary Health Care project, ensuring high‑quality, patient‑centered care through effective coordination of clinical protocols, staffing, supplies, data management, and capacity building in a humanitarian setting.
Responsibilities
- Define, coordinate, and monitor all nursing activities across ER, IPD, OPD, nutrition, etc.; plan annual budgets; schedule duty rosters and on‑call shifts; supervise legal therapeutic protocols; oversee nutritional services; manage administrative documentation; supervise pharmacy distribution and stock levels; coordinate biomedical device use; ensure timely laboratory results; collaborate with HR for recruitment, training, evaluation, and development of nursing staff; report to line manager and produce monthly reports; lead implementation of ICCM strategy; mentor and coach nurses; prepare for epidemic outbreaks; maintain supply chains; monitor quality indicators; organize staff schedules and professional development; represent the department in coordination meetings; provide clinical support during high workload periods.
