About the Role

The Logistics Supervisor oversees daily logistics operations, equipment and facility maintenance, vehicle fleet management, procurement processes, and team leadership to ensure MSF standards are met in Begi, West Wellega.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily logistics activities and maintenance of MSF equipment and facilities
• Monitor infrastructure maintenance, non-medical stock management, and vehicle fleet upkeep
• Plan and coordinate energy system checks and preventive maintenance
• Lead and schedule the logistics team, ensuring quality work and task allocation
• Manage procurement orders, support storekeepers, and handle local purchases
• Oversee construction of hospital facilities and water/sanitation infrastructure
