The HR Assistant supports the Project HR Manager by managing personnel files, payroll, contracts, and recruitment activities while ensuring legal compliance and providing administrative assistance across the project office.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate personal files and HR database
- Update social security & tax office records
- Prepare employment contracts and monthly pay slips
- Manage contract renewals and rental agreements
- Provide administrative support and translations
- Assist in recruitment, CV screening, and interview coordination
- Handle payroll preparation and staff payment distribution
- Support administrative rules compliance and leave management
- Oversee domestic staff tasks and accommodation maintenance
