Lead and manage health promotion and community engagement activities across West Oromia and Benishangul projects, designing strategy, building capacity, monitoring implementation, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and monitor HPCE strategy across West Oromia and Benishangul projects
- Build capacity of HP team through training and coaching
- Supervise community-based surveillance and disease monitoring
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Medical, Epidemiology, WASH, Logistics)
- Develop culturally appropriate health education materials
- Engage communities and local authorities to improve healthcare access
- Analyze feedback and surveillance data to inform program improvement
- Report on KPIs and produce regular monitoring reports
