Responsibilities
- Execute administrative and finance tasks to support the Project Finance Manager
- Implement cash management procedures and forecast monthly treasury needs
- Process supplier payments and maintain documentation
- Carry out accounting tasks, including classification, preparation, and filing in Unifield
- Perform bank reconciliations and review transactions per MSF standards
- Plan staff salary transfers and handle tax/pension calculations
- Manage mobile money and internet banking payments, monitor transaction status
- Maintain financial document archives
- Assist with administrative information distribution and translation services
