Lead and supervise the delivery of high‑quality mental health and psychosocial support services at Kule Health Centre, integrating care across medical departments and ensuring confidential, trauma‑informed treatment for patients, including SGBV survivors and children.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate mental health activities and integrate care across departments
- Supervise counselors, educators and community workers
- Provide direct psychological support to patients
- Ensure confidentiality and data management
- Support HR processes including recruitment and training
- Report on service outcomes and recommend improvements
