Project Pharmacy Manager

About the Role

Lead all pharmacy activities within the Kule Project, overseeing planning, stock management, staff supervision, and quality assurance to ensure safe, effective medication use for the local population.

Responsibilities

• Define and update annual pharmacy plans and budgets; supervise central and peripheral pharmacy operations; manage stock levels, cold chain, and hygiene protocols; oversee pharmacovigilance and rational drug use; train and evaluate pharmacy staff; coordinate with logistics for supply and donation; report on consumption and quality metrics; support project medical supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with MSF standards, maintain accurate records, and participate in monthly reporting.
