Supports the Project HR Manager by handling administrative, payroll, contract management, recruitment and compliance tasks to ensure smooth human resources operations in line with MSF standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate personnel files and HR database
- Prepare employment contracts, pay slips and incentive payments
- Manage contract renewals and end‑of‑contract clearances
- Assist in recruitment activities including job posting and interview arrangements
- Ensure compliance with local labour and fiscal laws
- Support payroll accuracy and explain pay slips
- Provide administrative support to project staff and coordinate travel arrangements
- Translate documents and brief new employees on HR policies
