About the Role

This role oversees the daily clearance and transportation of medical and non‑medical goods for MSF projects in Addis Ababa, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and efficient logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day clearance and transportation of goods for MSF projects
• Coordinate shipments between sites, selecting optimal transport modes
• Handle customs and administrative processes, including documentation and liaison with authorities
• Assess local transport market and recommend third‑party providers
• Supervise loading/unloading and maintain quality records
• Prepare packing lists, release notes, and freight manifests
• Report on monthly transport and customs metrics
