About the Role

Assist the pharmacy manager in managing drug supplies, overseeing inventory control, ensuring proper storage, and supporting health system partners while maintaining accurate records and providing staff training.

Responsibilities

Assist pharmacy manager with drug supply management and stock supervision
Prepare and approve order requests, ensuring timely completion
Conduct physical inventory counts and maintain accurate records in UniField
Monitor storage conditions and report cold chain breaches
Provide training sessions for MSF staff
Support MoH counterparts on drug consumption monitoring
Ensure compliance with MSF protocols and reporting requirements
