The Logistics Team Leader oversees all logistical operations for the Korem Project, ensuring efficient resource management, team leadership, and adherence to MSF standards while supporting humanitarian activities.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and monitor logistics activities aligned with MSF standards
- Coordinate material resources, equipment, and facilities management
- Lead and coach a logistics team of six supervisors
- Manage fleet maintenance and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with security measures and contingency procedures
- Prepare weekly and monthly logistics reports
- Develop and execute strategies to meet project objectives
- Support recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of logistics staff
