Responsibilities
- Coordinate visa, work permit, and travel arrangements for staff and visitors
- Maintain up-to-date administrative files and confidential personal data
- Ensure compliance with MSF policies and local regulations
- Manage customs clearances and import procedures
- Support per diem calculations and payments
- Arrange accommodation and transportation for international staff
- Prepare documentation for HQ visitors and emergency evacuation lists
