The Liaison Officer supports MSF’s external administrative operations by managing visas, work permits, customs clearance, and travel logistics to ensure smooth mission activities.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely visa and work permit acquisition for staff
- Coordinate travel logistics with HQ and local partners
- Manage customs clearance of MSF cargo
- Maintain up‑to‑date contact lists with authorities
- Prepare administrative documentation for staff and visitors
- Support HR in filing and confidentiality of employee records
- Assist in monthly per diem and travel schedules
