About the Role

The Liaison Officer supports MSF’s external administrative operations by managing visas, work permits, customs clearance, and travel logistics to ensure smooth mission activities.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely visa and work permit acquisition for staff
  • Coordinate travel logistics with HQ and local partners
  • Manage customs clearance of MSF cargo
  • Maintain up‑to‑date contact lists with authorities
  • Prepare administrative documentation for staff and visitors
  • Support HR in filing and confidentiality of employee records
  • Assist in monthly per diem and travel schedules
