Lead and coordinate all supply chain operations for the Ethiopia mission, ensuring efficient procurement, inventory management, and team development while maintaining compliance with MSF protocols.
Responsibilities
- Plan and review supply activities, including budgeting
- Monitor order processing, purchasing, warehousing, freight and supply administration
- Ensure availability of management data for stock and project coordination
- Manage and develop the supply team, overseeing recruitment, training and performance
- Conduct market assessments, RFI/RFQ, tenders and supplier evaluations
- Provide field support and capacity building
- Maintain compliance with MSF SOPs and guidelines
- Monitor KPIs and report on supply chain performance
