About the Role

The role supervises construction and rehabilitation activities at Korem Hospital and related sites, ensuring projects meet MSF standards, stay on time and budget, while coordinating contractors, staff, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities on site, ensuring safety, schedule and budget compliance
• Analyze project needs, plan resources, and report to line manager
• Monitor progress through regular visits, detecting deviations early
• Negotiate agreements with contractors and local authorities
• Organize tenders and ensure best technical/financial conditions
• Manage HR processes for maintenance agents
• Lead the logistics team, set tasks and supervise work quality
• Prepare monthly activity reports and maintain documentation
