The Biomed Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and user training of biomedical equipment across multiple hospital sites in Tigray Region, ensuring continuous functionality and compliance with MSF standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform complex and advanced installation, maintenance, and repair of biomedical equipment across multiple sites
- Follow preventive and curative maintenance schedules per MSF and manufacturer protocols
- Manage consumables inventory and order replenishments
- Provide training to medical staff on device operation and troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and technical reports
